The Stress Relieving service is more basic and offers regular maintenance for the skin and nails. The Essential service includes more exfoliation and moisturization. And the Spa services offer a seaweed mask along with the hydration and exfoliation. My personal favorite service is the Spa pedicure because it is the most pampering of them all. It is also great to purchase many of the products that are used in the service for use at home. A bonus to doing this right now is that if one purchases sixty dollars worth of skin or body care products a complimentary sixty minute massage or facial comes along with it. This is a great benefit for anyone.
